For over five years, we have been dedicated to the joyous endeavor of raising dogs with love, passion, and unwavering commitment. Our founder and owner, Wendy Roy, discovered her profound love for dogs as a teenager, embarking on a journey that has spanned decades.

Wendy's lifelong passion for dogs has evolved into a dedicated mission to provide a nurturing and caring environment for each and every one of our four-legged companions. At Luxury Litters of NC, we believe that a happy, healthy dog is a reflection of a loving home, and that's exactly what we strive to provide.

Our kennel includes: Shih-Tzus, Cocker Spaniels, Teddy Bears, and Shih-Tzu/Poodles. They are not just pets; but are cherished members of our family. They thrive in an environment where their needs are anticipated and met with the utmost attention to detail. From cozy beds to stimulating playtime, from balanced nutrition to regular veterinary care, we leave no stone unturned in ensuring their well-being.

Our commitment extends beyond the physical well-being of our dogs. We prioritize their emotional and social needs, creating an atmosphere of trust, security, and companionship. Each dog is given personalized attention, allowing their unique personalities to flourish.

Our journey with small breeds began with a Shih-Tzu named Skylar.

Skylar, a sweet and intelligent canine, entered our lives and instantly became the heart of our journey. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering companionship earned her a special place in our family's hearts. For years, Skylar graced us with her extraordinary motherly instincts, raising litters of puppies with love and devotion.

Beyond being an exceptional mother, Skylar forged an unbreakable bond with Wendy's daughter, Faith, creating a friendship that has withstood the test of time. Now, as an integral part of our team, Faith brings her passion and expertise to our venture, not only as a dedicated dog caretaker, but also as a skilled website designer.

Skylar and her offspring—Summer, Winter, and Spring---make up a large portion of our breeding program. Each of them carries a piece of Skylar's gentle nature and intelligence. You can get to know them better on our "Puppy Parents" page.
